Thinkscape Group brand strategist Kian Ong speaks about turning outlets into 'brand magnets'

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia - Oct. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- Thinkscape Group was among the first speakers invited to share its knowledge at the recent Future Stores Asia 2014 regional conference held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC). At the talk, group brand strategist Kian Ong spoke on the fundamentals of retail brand clarity, and how brand positioning and ideas could be translated into meaningful brand experiences to be encountered by customers.

In his sharing, Kian stressed on the importance of explicit brand clarity in the shaping of retail locations. Each store can be a unique, authentic “brand magnet" destination that cannot be replicated online or offline, and in the process, elevating trust and affinity which allows the business to command a premium.

The annual Future Stores Asia conference and a parallel event, Retail Solutions Asia at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre were part of a two-day regional event  organised by JFPS Group for the retail industry decision-makers, executives and professionals held in Sept 2014.
