Socorro Santos Joins Imperial Properties Team as Property Accountant

Santos is a skilled accountant and financial analyst who has years of experience gathering financial data, examining financial statements, conducting market research and developing sound projections across a broad range of settings. She will be responsible for carrying out the former responsibilities of Norma Villamayor, who recently became Imperial Properties' operations manager.

Among the skills Santos brings to Imperial Properties is a demonstrated ability to arrange complex debt and equity financing, including bond issuances, initial public offerings and loan syndications. Before joining the firm, she served as a financial analyst with the Development Bank of the Philippines, where she arranged syndicated term loans, worked closely with clients and assisted in the issue management and securities underwriting for annual issuances of retail treasury bonds.

Santos holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the International Academy of Management and Economics in the Philippines, along with a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from St. Scholastica's College.
