Follow on Google News | Age Discrimination Complaint Filed by Former Employee of Graham WindhamMore specifically, the former employee alleges that she worked for Graham Windham for twenty five years without any disciplinary incidents and performed her job well, receiving merit awards on an annual basis due to her favorable performance. In March of 2015, she learned that Graham would be closing the program within which she worked, and so she interviewed within the company for another position. When interviewing for the new position, a Graham Windham employee said to her, "I don't even know why you're here for the position. You should be retiring. You didn't think about retiring? You should be retiring, not looking for another job." The former Graham Windham employee was not asked any further questions about her qualifications for the position, and ultimately, she was not offered the position. However, the position was given to another individual about half her age. Michael Redenburg represents the former Graham Windham employee and regularly represents aggrieved employees in federal court proceedings concerning employment related issues, including overtime pay lawsuits and prevailing wage cases. www.mjrlaw-ny.com 212-240-9465 Michael J.
