Ontario Has Talent! Country Artists Invited To Submit Their Songs and Stories

TORONTO - Jan. 6, 2016 - PRLog -- The Ontario Back Roads Country Talent Search, created by Catherine Faint Entertainment, launched on January 1, 2016.  Emerging Ontario country artists, who enter the search, will have the opportunity to network, collaborate and share their stories and songs while being exposed to music industry professionals who are active within the local and international music scenes.

“We are excited to provide an opportunity for country artists to showcase their talent and become the stars of tomorrow.  We have added a special component to this talent search that provides a platform for emerging artists to share their intimate community stories and how nature inspires their musical creativity in Ontario”, says Cindy Sutch, Catherine Faint Entertainment.

Artist submissions are being accepted online until January 22, 2016. Online voters will have their chance to vote for their favourite musician and community from January 27-February 17, 2016. The top 5 winners will be announced on February 18, 2016.

The Top 5 finalists of The Ontario Back Roads Country Talent Search will advance to a live showcase performance event at Hugh’s Room in Toronto on March 3, 2016.  A panel of industry judges will select the grand prize winner.
