The invitational will begin with registration and lunch from 11am to 12:15pm, followed by a shotgun start at 12:30pm. In addition to a 4-person scramble, awards will be given to the first place team and winners of on-course games like Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive, along with a hole-in-one contest with a chance to win a new car. The evening will end with a dinner banquet featuring raffle prizes, live auction, and a speech from a Genesys Works alumnus. The last two Think IT golf events combined raised just over $95 thousand for Genesys Works - Twin Cities, plus over $2 thousand was raised in just 10 minutes last year, specifically for the Think IT Young Professionals Scholarship, which is awarded to Genesys Works alumni enrolled in four-year universities. "The success of this event has greatly surpassed our expectations and I have no doubt that we have impacted the community and future generations in a positive way," said Richard Walker, Managing Partner and CGO at York Solutions. "Our goal is to continue to grow the event each year and raise even more money for Genesys Works.
