York Solutions Raises Record Numbers through Charity Golf Events

WESTCHESTER, Ill. - Sept. 30, 2016 - PRLog -- York Solutions, a national information technology consulting firm that provides clients with custom resource solutions to successfully complete IT projects, announced today that, through their Annual Think IT Charity Golf Invitational events held over the summer, they have raised over $100,000 combined for the Genesys Works chapters in the Twin Cities and Chicago.

The Twin Cities event, in its 3^rd year, was held at Minneapolis Golf Club and raised just over $78,000 for Genesys Works - Twin Cities, while the Chicago event, in its 1^st year, was held at Exmoor Country Club and raised over $23,000 for Genesys Works - Chicago. In addition to a wonderful day of golf, each event featured a Genesys Works alumni speaker from their respective city who shared their touching stories about how their experience with Genesys Works has positively impacted their lives and future goals.

The sponsors for the Twin Cities event included 3M, Deluxe Corporation, Medtronic, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, TCF Bank, Data Recognition Corporation, Hitachi Data Systems, Medica, Optum, Patterson Companies, ThreeBridge, and Xcel Energy. In addition, the sponsors for the Chicago event included Accenture, Chicago Trading Company, Capital One, Silent IT, and Slalom Consulting.
