NYC Bus Accident Victim to Receive $45,000.00 Settlement

NEW YORK - June 10, 2017 - PRLog -- The law firm recently resolved a lawsuit filed on behalf of a client who was a NYC MTA bus passenger, when the bus she was a passenger in collided with a forklift on the side of the road. The accident happened in Brooklyn, New York near the corner of Livingston Street and Hoyt Street.

As a result of the accident, the client was taken by ambulance to Brooklyn Hospital Center where she received emergency care and treatment. She was also out of work for three months following the accident and required aggressive physical therapy.
