If caring means sharing then you'll find the perfect dining experience at adult-only Burley Manor, where the Champagne Valentine's dinner includes tasty Mediterranean sharing dishes cooked to perfection with the help of a wood-fired oven, a glass of Perrier-Jouet champagne, and time well-spent together, for £40 per person. Valentine's Romance at Cottage Lodge in the New Forest: From £99 per room
