New Clinical Director Announcement

SHAWNEE, Kan. - Nov. 24, 2020 - PRLog -- Founded on Christian principles, Kansas Palliative & Hospice Care is a locally owned and independently operated organization dedicated to palliative and hospice care. Kansas Palliative & Hospice Care is proud to announce their new Clinical Director Lida Rose Keller, BSN, RN.  Lida Rose will provide training to the nurisning staff and mentorship to new employees.  Lida Rose has 25 years of experience in healthcare.

As the Clinical Director, Lida Rose will work in collaboration with the management staff to ensure 24-hour accountability for quality, and continuity of nursing care. She will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and support the nursing process through planning, organizing and directing nursing care activities.  Lida Rose's optimistic outlook will inspire and mobilizes her teams efforts to succeed in providing quality care to patients and their families.

Lida Rose obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, Indianapolis. She  has previously worked as a Director of Nurising at Aperion Care, Kansas City, Missouri. She has served as Program Director at Kindred Hospital a specialty hospital providing patient care to chronically, critically ill patients in long-term acute care settings. Lida Rose is an accompishied lincensed Register Nurse and has obtaitned certifications from American Heart Association: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TB Certified. She has  additoinal certifications in Pediatric Ventilator Respiratory Training, Management and Restorative Nursing.
