Patient Services Manager Announcement

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - April 7, 2021 - PRLog -- Kansas Palliative & Hospice Care and Missouri Palliative & Hospice Care, is a locally owned and independently operated organization. We are proud to announce the new Patient Services Manager, Raschel Casey. She served as the Patient Care Coordinator since 2015 and participated actively in meeting the goals and objectives of the organization and demonstrates an ongoing commitment to her professional growth and recently accepted the offer of promotion.

Raschel is a rare talent, and we are confident that she will bring enthusiasm and creativity in the role of Patient Services Manger. We are confident that she will prove to be a successful leader to both Kansas and Missouri Palliative & Hospice Care teams.," said Beth Aguirre, LCSW, LSCSW Executive Director.

As Patient Services Manager, Raschel Casey will support the completion of Certification of Terminal Illness documentation as defined according to federal and state timelines, criteria and that the QAPI program data for both Kansas and Missouri Palliative & Hospice Care is maintained. She facilitates the referral and admission process for patients seeking palliative and hospice care services.

Raschel Casey is a talented Licensed Practical Nurse and attended college at Colorado Technical University.  As a Patient Services Manager, she works in collaboration with the management team to create an atmosphere wherein the staff can work effectively and efficiently.
