Lovat Holiday Parks to Offer Weather Guarantee!

BASINGSTOKE, U.K. - Aug. 15, 2023 - PRLog -- In response to the wet English summer, Lovat Holiday Parks – which offers accommodation at five parks in Cornwall and the New Forest – has joined forces with Sensible Weather, to offer customers a refund for washed out days.

For any holiday booked, customers have the option of adding the Sensible Weather as an extra, and then if showers are predicted during the stay, people will receive a 100% reimbursement of the daily rate, according to that day's Global Forecast Systems predictions.

Sensible Weather checks the forecast daily at 8 am and customers will be automatically reimbursed if the forecast predicts rainfall of 1.5mm per hour or more between 8am and 8 pm on that particular day.

Sensible Weather determines guarantee coverage details based on location and dates, and triggers pay outs automatically based on the day of forecast.

Working with Lovat Holidays marketing team, an email is sent to the customer, which has a link to a dynamic URL for the guest to add a Weather Guarantee to their reservation.
