Fleewinter Launches Luxury Yachting Wellness Retreats

An increasing number of people are realising that a retreat is the best way of looking after your physical and mental self, whilst enjoying all the fun that comes along with a 'normal' holiday, returning home relaxed and refreshed.

The short breaks and week-long trips, will be hosted by yoga and holistic health expert Emily Fresson (https://www.emilyfresson.co.uk/).  In addition to being a fully qualified yoga and holistic health expert, Emily is also a nutritional health coach, and will be designing delicious meals aboard the yachts

Initially, three dates have been confirmed for the trips, 16 May (3-night weekend retreat), 28 September (7 nights, Kefalonia to Corfu (https://www.fleewinter.com/luxury-sailing-holiday/holisti...)), and 5 October (7 nights, Corfu to Corfu).  However, tailor made trips are also an option, depending on availability.  The first three trips will be on Aurous, a luxurious, crewed catamaran.

In addition to having Emily onboard, the holidays also come with a captain and chef, and there is equipment aboard for water-sports along the way, including a small speed boat for water skiing.

There is also equipment for paddle-boarding, wake-boarding, wind surfing, snorkelling, and Ringo – a giant rubber ring that can be towed behind the speed boat!

The week-long, holistic wellness retreat, costs from £2615 per person, based on exclusive use of the yacht by a group of six people. Also available for smaller parties.
