The private tour begins with a night in Delhi, after which a scenic flight is taken to Leh, where the holiday continues with 3 nights in the village of Nimmu. This provides a chance to acclimatise to Ladakh's high altitude, with introductory walks to the 16th century Basgo Fort, as well as the pretty Phyang village that takes you through terraced fields of barley, wheat, and corn. Next, take a drive to the picturesque Likir village, and visit the sacred monastery, before setting off on an inspiring trek across Sham Valley.
