Faith Chapel Christian Center Has A Mobile App!

Feb. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Birmingham, AL – With the idea of having 24-hour church at your fingertips, Faith Chapel Christian Center has released a free mobile app for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.  

This downloadable app allows you to stay connected with Faith Chapel and enjoy the latest messages from senior Pastor Michael D. Moore.  Plus, you will be able to watch the live church services each Sunday morning at 10:00 and Wednesday night Bible Study at 7:00 pm.

It is also easy to watch sermons you missed on Video on Demand (VOD), make donations, request prayer, order products, connect to Faith Chapel’s websites, social media pages and more.

“This mobile app allows us to reach out and connect with members who are unable to attend church due to travel, work schedules or illness,” says Pastor Moore. “It also helps us reach people around Birmingham and around the nation.”

Faith Chapel started in April, 1981 in Dr. Michael D. Moore's home in the Wylam community of Birmingham, Alabama.  The church began with four people: Dr. Moore, his wife Kennetha, his mother, and a friend. In six months, the church started to grow and moved in June, 1981 to Stallworth Funeral Home. Within a year, the church re-located to the YWCA in downtown Birmingham.  Today the congregation has thousands of members and is housed in the world’s largest monolithic dome. The Word Dome is located at 100 Lexington St, just blocks from the original church.
