Park Hyatt Seoul's Cornerstone, Mediterranean Brunch

SEOUL, South Korea - May 9, 2018 - PRLog -- Park Hyatt Seoul's authentic Italian restaurant, Cornerstone, is offering its Mediterranean Brunch from May 5to July 1, 2018. A fabulous buffet and hot dishes served to the table are presented with unlimited wines. Especially this time, the traditional Mediterranean cuisine of Italy, France, Spain and Greece will be provided. Mediterranean Brunch will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 2018, priced at KRW 99,000 per person (10% VAT included).

Cornerstone presents the Mediterranean's warm sunshine cuisine to stimulate guests' palates. The cuisine is not only famous for seafood, but also high-quality olives, lemon and yogurt that have been desiccated at high temperature. Usually fresh ingredients, without using any synthetic flavouring, are used in Mediterranean food, which uses olive oil and herbs to preserve the ingredients' original flavour.

The Antipasti selection of the Buffet station offers Greek salad and Italian Panzanella, Spanish Gazpacho soup, French Bouillabaisse, Tzatziki and Pitta along with cheese and various pastry items. Tzatziki, one of the representative traditional Greek sauces, is made of olive oil, garlic, and herbs. The Crudo section provides fresh daily seafood, and the dessert section includes Spanish Churros, home-made Tiramisu, gelato and tarts. During the brunch, guests can enjoy mini pass-arounds and a choice of main dishes served to the table, which include Italian Vongole and French Foie gras.Children are offered a pasta dish with their choice of noodles, sauce and toppings. In addition, guests can enjoy a welcome drink or unlimited red and sparkling wineas well as a cup of tea or coffee to top off the end of their meal. The menu is changeable and depends on the freshness of the daily ingredients.
