Park Hyatt Seoul's Cornerstone, Urban Picnic Set

SEOUL, South Korea - May 10, 2018 - PRLog -- Park Hyatt Seoul's authentic Italian restaurant, Cornerstone, presents its Urban Picnic Set from May 1to June 30. Guests can select between salad and sandwich, served with drinks and desserts. The Champagne set includes premium items such as Caviar and smoked salmon. The picnic set is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and from KRW 13,500. The Champagne set starts from KRW 299,000 (10% VAT included). One day advance reservation is required for guests who order more than ten sets.

The basic picnic setoffers salad and sandwich that guests can select between them. The salad section has Italian salad Panzanella, which has bread and vegetables with olive oil on top, and chicken breast Caesar salad, shrimp and sprout salad with carrot dressing. The sandwich menu includes Italian Ciabatta sandwich with Mortadella sausage and Vierge sauce, Pastrami baguette sandwich, and Cornerstone's round bread sandwich stuffed with avocado, mozzarella cheese, tomato and basil. Each set includes one drink, such as soft drinks or san Pellegrino sparkling water, and a sweet dessert item.

For the more luxurious picnic, Park Hyatt Seoul recommends the Champagne set. Premium items such as Caviar and smoked salmon, and toast and Champagne are included. For the Champagne selection, two bottles of Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial (200ml), a bottle of Louis Roederer Brut Premier 2009 (750ml), and a bottle of Dom Perignon 2009 (750ml) are prepared. The Champagne set priced at KRW 299,000, KRW 376,000 and KRW 619,000, respectively (10% VAT included / no service charge).
