Contary to what you might think from that statement though, that doesn't this means that this phone is actually not that good.  What I mean is that the phone’s features basically make it a suitable phone mostly for people looking for a low cost alternative with some style. If you aren’t exactly expecting to get the iPhone's level of technology, then the A03 is quite good enough to take a glance at.

A few of the basic specs the A03 are as follows:

It comes unlocked on the GSM quad band network.
It comes with two SIM ports allowing two SIM cards to be simultaneously installed.
The phone’s construction is Polycarbonate plastic.
The screen size measures in at 3.0 inches, is TFT, and displays at 240x320 resolution.
The phone’s total weight comes in at 105 grams.
Total measurements for the phone are L114xW53xH11mm (length x width x height).
Mobile surfing of the internet can be done using GPRS and WAP 2.0.
It comes ready for Bluetooth pairing using headset, handsfree, and A2DP profiles.
The phone is touchscreen only, but includes a virtual QWERTY keyboard for fast typing.
The battery life for standard use will net about 50 to 70 hours.
Adding apps comes by way of the built in java platform.
Media options include: MP3 player,MP4 player, 0.3MP camera, digital camcorder, eBook reader, analog TV, FM radio.

Some pros and cons of the A03 include:

Pros
The screen is large and very colorful.
The design makes it actually look really good and a lot more expensive than its actual cost.
Adding java apps went without a hitch, and I was playing games very quickly.

Cons
As is typical for these kinds of phones, the internet would be a bit of a pain to set up if you didn’t know what were doing.
Though they may not always be the best, some pre installed java apps would have been nice.

Overall, I would say the A03 should be able to please people based on its looks and price, but if they are looking for many features, then it will be a bit harder to do.
