SEOUL, South Korea - May 22, 2018 - PRLog -- Offering sunlight streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic city views from the 24th floor, Park Hyatt Seoul's The Lounge presents a variation of artistic Bingsu from 5 May through 30 September 2018. Guests can enjoy five different types of Bingsu, each containing good harmony between the ingredients and ice. The menu includes Valrhona chocolate milk ice's 'Chocolate Carrot Bingsu', signature item 'Honey Bingsu', 'Mango Bingsu, 'Jeju Malcha Bingsu' and 'Bingsu Combination'. Especially, the perfect balance of deep chocolate milk ice, orange chocolate cream and carrot sorbet in Chocolate Carrot Bingsu satisfies guests' mouths. Prices start from KRW 36,000 (10% VAT included / no service charge).

The first item to be launched, 'Carrot Chocolate Bingsu', is based on Valrhona chocolate milk ice, orange chocolate cream and topped with carrot sorbet. Moreover, the sweet and salty taste of chocolate crumble stimulates guests' appetites even more. Instead of using strong sweet fruits, bittersweet carrot and delicate sorbet-flavored deep chocolate milk ice are perfect together. Malcha red bean Bingsu is presented with home-made organic red beans, chewy Injeolmi (glutinous rice cake coated with bean flour) and sweet jelly on top. Using honey from Worak Mountain, The Lounge's best-selling item, 'Honey Bingsu, is layered with ice-milk flakes, honey, apple sauce and plenty of big chunks of honeycomb, plus sweet vanilla cream, soft apple purée and with roasted pecans placed on top. Extra cream, purée and pecans will be provided to give additional sweetness.

The 'Mango Bingsu' is layered with mango ice based on mango sauce, condensed milk and fresh mango, yogurt ice cream and additional coconut juice jelly and crunchy crumbles to create a splendid harmony among mango, yogurt and coconut.

A 'Bingsu Combination', an offer of two Bingsus of guests' choice, is also available with extra toppings served on the side. The types of Bingsus and fruit toppings can be altered to make use of seasonal ingredients.

After its recent renovation, The Lounge presents modern Korean dining that uses seasonal products from the 24 micro seasons of Korea. The most popular summer dessert, Bingsu, is offered from 'Ipha', 5 May. These unique Bingsu menus reflect well the traits of each ingredient, which has led to them being loved by many of our guests for a long time.
